A. I agree to Cairns Truck School booking my driving test with my drivers licence number & when rescheduling dates
B. In the unlikely event of an accident, I agree to pay the relevant excess
C. I will not operate this vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol
D. I agree to give 24hrs notice to change or cancel my lesson or a no show fee will apply
E. I agree to use 3 points of contact when entering and exiting the truck
F. Please note, if a payment recovery is needed, any late fees and debt recovery charges will be bourne by you the debtor

The Driver Trainer shall respect the privacy of learner drivers or former learner drivers and in particular, must not distribute or make use of any personal details of learner drivers without their express consent.
This includes for example, the innappropriate use of any person's licence details for the purpose of securing a test booking.
