Work Place Health and Safety (QLD) have changed the course to make it: - Much more difficult for people with low literacy or English as a second language - Much more time consuming for the trainer to deliver We have managed to create a 'blended' learning course to keep the price down. This includes an introduction course conducted online - approx 1.5 hours followed by half day face-to-face course.
